AIタスク秘書（以下、「本サービス」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、取得した情報を適切に取り扱います。

AI Task Secretary ("the Service") respects user privacy and handles collected information appropriately.

1. 取得する情報

  • アカウント情報（Apple / Google ログインに関連する識別情報、メールアドレス、表示名など）
  • ユーザーが入力・保存したデータ（タスク、習慣、日報、アイデア、設定情報など）
  • 通知設定、テーマ設定、アプリ利用状況などのアプリ内設定情報
  • サブスクリプション状態や購入復元に必要な情報
  • 端末通知トークン、カレンダー連携に必要な権限情報

2. 利用目的

  • 本サービスの提供、ユーザー認証、データ同期のため
  • AI 機能によるタスク整理、日報生成、アイデア整理を行うため
  • リマインダー通知、カレンダー連携などの機能を提供するため
  • サブスクリプションの状態確認、復元、機能制限の適用のため
  • 不正利用防止、障害対応、品質改善のため

3. AI 機能と送信データ

本サービスの AI 機能を利用する場合、ユーザーが入力した文章、タスクや日報やアイデアに関する内容、日時や言語設定などの関連情報が、AI 処理のため外部の AI サービスへ送信されることがあります。

  • 送信される情報は、タスク整理、日報生成、アイデア整理、関連する文章生成や提案のために利用されます。
  • 本サービスは、AI の出力品質向上やユーザー体験改善のため、必要な範囲で AI リクエストの結果や利用状況を確認する場合があります。
  • AI への送信内容には、個人情報や機密情報を含めないようご注意ください。

4. 外部サービスの利用

本サービスでは、以下の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。

  • Supabase: 認証、データ保存、クラウド同期
  • Google / Apple: ログイン認証
  • RevenueCat: サブスクリプション管理
  • Google Gemini API 等の AI サービス: AI 機能の提供
  • Apple / Google の通知・購入関連サービス

これらの外部サービスは、日本国外のサーバーや事業者を通じて処理される場合があります。

5. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザー情報を本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。ただし、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、上記外部サービスに情報が送信されることがあります。

6. 保存と削除

ユーザーはアカウント削除機能を通じて、本サービス上の保存データの削除を要求できます。サブスクリプションの解約は App Store または Google Play 側での手続きが必要です。

本サービスは、法令対応、不正利用防止、障害対応その他合理的な運営上の必要がある場合、一定期間ログや関連情報を保持することがあります。

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information related to Apple / Google sign-in, such as identifiers, email address, and display name
  • User-created or stored data, including tasks, habits, daily reports, ideas, and settings
  • In-app settings such as notifications, themes, and app usage status
  • Information required to reflect subscription status
  • Push notification tokens and permission-related information for calendar integration

2. Purpose of Use

  • To provide the service, authenticate users, and sync data
  • To power AI features for task organization, daily report drafting, and idea organization
  • To provide reminders and calendar integration
  • To reflect subscription status and apply feature limits
  • To prevent abuse, respond to incidents, and improve service quality

3. AI Features and Submitted Data

When you use AI features, text you enter, task/report/idea content, date-time context, language settings, and related information may be sent to external AI services for processing.

  • Submitted data is used to organize tasks, generate daily report drafts, organize ideas, and provide related writing assistance and suggestions.
  • We may review AI request results and usage data to improve output quality and user experience where reasonably necessary.
  • Please avoid entering personal or confidential information into AI requests.

4. External Services

The Service may use the following external services.

  • Supabase for authentication, storage, and cloud sync
  • Google / Apple for sign-in authentication
  • RevenueCat for subscription management
  • AI services such as Google Gemini API for AI features
  • Apple / Google services related to notifications and purchases

These services may process data outside Japan.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not provide user information to third parties without consent except when required by law. However, information may be sent to the external services listed above to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

6. Retention and Deletion

Users may request deletion of stored data through the account deletion feature. Subscription cancellation must be handled through App Store or Google Play.

We may retain logs and related information for a limited period when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, abuse prevention, incident response, or service operations.
