利用規約Terms of Service

本規約は、AIタスク秘書（以下、「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意のうえ、本サービスを利用するものとします。

1. サービス内容

本サービスは、タスク管理、習慣管理、日報作成、アイデア整理、リマインダー通知、カレンダー連携、および関連する AI 機能を提供します。

2. アカウント

  • 一部機能はログインユーザーのみ利用できます。
  • ユーザーは自身の認証情報を適切に管理するものとします。
  • 不正利用が確認された場合、利用制限や停止を行うことがあります。

3. サブスクリプション

  • 有料プランは App Store または Google Play を通じて購入されます。
  • 料金、更新、解約、返金等は各ストアの規約およびポリシーに従います。
  • 購読状態の反映には、対応ストアアカウントおよび本サービスのログイン状態が必要です。

4. 禁止事項

  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  • 本サービスまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
  • システムへの不正アクセス、過度な負荷、運営妨害
  • 虚偽情報の登録、アカウントの不正利用
  • AI 機能へ、権利侵害、違法、有害または不適切な内容を入力する行為
  • 本サービスの利用制限、課金制御、認証または技術的制限を回避しようとする行為

5. AI 機能に関する注意

  • AI の出力内容には誤り、不完全な情報、不適切な表現が含まれる場合があります。
  • ユーザーは AI の出力を自ら確認したうえで利用するものとします。
  • 本サービスは、AI 出力を用いた判断や行為の結果について責任を負いません。

6. 免責

本サービスは、提供機能や AI の出力内容の正確性・完全性・有用性を保証するものではありません。ユーザーは自身の判断と責任で本サービスを利用するものとします。

7. 利用停止・解除

本サービスは、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、または運営上必要と判断した場合、事前の通知なく全部または一部機能の利用停止、アカウント制限、契約解除等の措置を行うことがあります。

8. サービス変更・終了

本サービスは、ユーザーへの予告なく内容の変更、停止、終了を行う場合があります。

1. Service Description

The Service provides task management, habit tracking, daily report drafting, idea organization, reminders, calendar integration, and related AI features.

2. Accounts

  • Some features are available only to signed-in users.
  • Users are responsible for managing their own authentication credentials appropriately.
  • We may restrict or suspend usage when misuse is detected.

3. Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are purchased through App Store or Google Play.
  • Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by each store's policies.
  • Subscription status requires the relevant store account and an active sign-in to the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts that infringe the rights of the Service or third parties
  • Unauthorized access, excessive load, or interference with operation
  • False registration or misuse of accounts
  • Submitting infringing, unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content to AI features
  • Attempting to bypass usage limits, billing controls, authentication, or technical restrictions

5. AI Feature Notice

  • AI outputs may contain errors, incomplete information, or inappropriate expressions.
  • Users must review AI outputs before relying on them.
  • The Service is not responsible for decisions or actions based on AI outputs.

6. Disclaimer

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness of any feature or AI output. Users use the Service at their own judgment and risk.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access, limit functionality, or terminate accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or if operationally necessary.

8. Changes or Termination of Service

The Service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
